Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is written plainly on purpose.
The legal entity name, the registered address if it differs from the workshop address, the name of the person handling data requests, and how long completed job records are kept. Those four details belong in this policy and should not be guessed at.
Who we are
Autoworkz Tech operates a vehicle workshop at Plot No. 619, Block A, Rangpuri (Mahipalpur), near Radisson Hotel, New Delhi 110037, India. You can reach us on +91 98100 40005 or at service@autoworkztech.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Your vehicle make, model and registration year
- The service you need and any preferred date
- Anything you write in the message box
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and you should never send card or bank details to us by email.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a slot, quote for the work and keep a record of what was done to your car. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless we need a specialist supplier to quote for a part, in which case we share only the vehicle details and never your contact details. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address, in the normal course of serving it.
How the form is sent
Your booking is sent to our own server at autoworkztech.in. It is stored there, on the same hosting account as this website, and emailed to us. No outside form service is involved and your details are not passed to one.
You also receive an automatic email confirming what you sent us. If you reply to it, your reply comes to us directly.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of work carried out on a vehicle. Write to service@autoworkztech.com.
Photography on this site
Photographs taken inside the workshop are published with the agreement of the people shown in them, and vehicle registration numbers are obscured. If you are a customer and would prefer your vehicle not to appear, tell us and we will remove the image.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
